This role is responsible for aligning sales compensation with business strategy to drive desired sales behaviors and outcomes. It manages the design and implementation of compensation plans, sales performance incentives, and channel sales programs, requiring cross-functional collaboration with leadership, operations, finance, and human resources. Success is measured by effective compensation plan adoption, operational excellence, and alignment with strategic business goals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop analytics-driven sales compensation recommendations to support business initiatives and align sales behaviors with strategy
  2. Partner with functional groups to identify field challenges and develop national solutions and tactics
  3. Translate business strategy into actionable tactics and provide clear explanations to field employees
  4. Create training materials and communication tools to support change management and prepare field teams for program launches
  5. Collaborate with technical partners to ensure systematic execution and assist with system design as needed
