Sr. Client Account Manager

This role manages a portfolio of high-value clients, drives revenue growth, and fosters strong client relationships. It involves overseeing and mentoring account managers, developing strategic account plans, and liaising between clients and internal teams. The role requires expertise in digital advertising, campaign optimization, and using AI-powered tools to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
  2. Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with the client's business objectives, identifying growth opportunities and addressing challenges.
  3. Build and nurture relationships with the flagship partners in the Greater China Region, proactively identifying opportunities to grow the account and deepen the partnership.
  4. Ensure that our partners objectives and requirements are met by liaising between them and our internal teams (Engineering, Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, Performance Solutions, etc).
  5. Gain a deep understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.
