What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute advertising partnership strategies that support partner marketing objectives and drive business growth
  2. Manage a portfolio of enterprise advertisers, identifying opportunities to increase investment and expand product adoption
  3. Build strong relationships with senior marketing stakeholders, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-level executives
  4. Navigate complex partner conversations through consultative selling, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving
  5. Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Account Management teams to deliver successful outcomes for partners

Skills

Required

  • Experience in enterprise or large-customer digital advertising sales
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles and building relationships with large, complex organizations
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities that create value for both partners and Uber
