Netflix is seeking a Senior Client Partner to drive advertising revenue in Mexico. This role involves selling advertising solutions to enterprise clients, acting as a strategic partner, and growing the Netflix Ads business. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in advertising sales, strategic thinking, and client relationship management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Generate interest & excitement of Netflix’s offerings with client CMOs, Marketing teams, Brand Managers, and Media Directors to influence ad spending decisions.
  2. Specific focus on client's programmatic strategy and investments including audience planning, data strategy, analytics and measurement, and creative.
  3. You will accelerate clients' education and usage of Netflix's scaled media solutions to advance their long-term growth and business priorities
  4. Apply deep industry knowledge to anticipate client needs, expand key relationships, and demonstrate the power of Netflix Ads
  5. Partner with agency teams and cross-functional partners to grow revenue across the business

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in advertising sales or in the media planning market with at least 5+ years of experience leading sales & negotiations with large and/or mid sized clients.
  • History of expanding a client portfolio and consistently meeting or surpassing revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Considerable experience building and closing annual agreements and client JBPs
  • Experience dealing with blue-chip clients and multiple stakeholders
  • Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes
  • Highly skilled in negotiating and selling the intrinsic value of a premium offering to customers
  • Consultative problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions
  • Understanding of how clients set priorities and performance goals, and how we can align our product portfolio to best fulfill those needs
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Strong, confident presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, make decisions, and manage at entrepreneurial speed
