This role is for a Senior Clinical Sales Representative for Electrophysiology (EP) products at Johnson & Johnson. The primary responsibility is to execute the commercial and clinical sales strategy within an assigned territory, driving adoption, procedure growth, portfolio utilization, and market share expansion to meet sales targets. The role involves acting as a clinical and commercial partner to physicians and hospital stakeholders, supporting cases, developing commercial content for tenders, building relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing to market development initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business, and demonstrated experience in medical device sales, preferably in cardiology or electrophysiology, are required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Meet and exceed sales targets by executing territory and account plans aligned with business priorities.
  2. Drive clinical adoption, procedure growth, portfolio utilization and market share expansion across assigned accounts.
  3. Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs and objectives at all levels—clinical and non-clinical—to deliver tailored EP solutions.
  4. Support priority cases, technology launches and strategic accounts, particularly during early adoption and complex procedures.
  5. Translate clinical and economic value into effective presentations, demonstrations and customer discussions that drive adoption.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in medical device sales, preferably within cardiology or electrophysiology.
  • Experience within the Cardiovascular and/or Electrophysiology environment is considered a strong advantage.
  • Have the capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with every level of the hospital hierarchy.
  • Proven ability to operate independently in complex clinical environments.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts, competitive situations and tender-driven business within a defined territory.
  • Exposure to tender processes, pricing discussions and commercial submissions in healthcare environments.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
