This role is for a Sr. Cloud Solution Architect focused on the Azure AI platform within Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization. The primary responsibility is to enable customers to achieve business outcomes by leveraging Microsoft's AI and ML technologies, specifically by building Generative AI solutions and resolving customer blockers within the 'AI Factory'. The role involves technical leadership, driving customer adoption, providing feedback to engineering, and increasing technical expertise within the field teams. It emphasizes a hands-on approach to designing, building, and troubleshooting AI solutions for customers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Play a pivotal role in the AI Factory, providing technical enablement, operational support, and strategic engagement across customer projects.
  2. Facilitate scalable delivery through strong technical program management utilizing a factory model/approach, driving program awareness and demand across the regional operating units.
  3. Ensure Solution Excellence: Deliver solutions with high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
  4. Drive Consumption Growth: Develop opportunities to enhance Customer Success and help customers extract value from their Microsoft investments.
  5. Unblock Customer Challenges: Leverage subject matter expertise to identify resolutions for customer blockers.
