This role focuses on implementing commercial training and enablement programs for sales and account management teams within Uber's Restaurant division. It involves partnering with various internal teams to design, develop, and deliver training on sales productivity tools, products, and processes, with a strong emphasis on driving adoption and performance outcomes. The role requires experience in sales training, L&D, and project management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the implementation of key training enablement programs for sales and account management teams. This includes new hire onboarding, product and systems training, sales skill development, partner management, general go-to-market support and other enablement tools.
  2. You will work directly with key stakeholders across sales, account management, commercial operations, HR, product, and other teams to complete regular training needs analysis to align on priorities and learning needs.
  3. You will be responsible for helping design and deliver training and documentation that support the deployment and adoption of sales productivity tools, products, processes, and other resources. This will involve scheduling and hosting training in collaboration with the central team.
  4. Create and maintain learning content both independently and in partnership with the central instructional design team.
  5. Collaborate closely with, and act as a liaison between, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Commercial Operations teams to ensure sales teams have relevant and accurate information to do their jobs.
