This role is for a Sr. Commercial Lead for Account Management at Uber Eats in Germany.   3. Enhance Customer Experience: Ensure restaurant partners deliver exceptional service to end customers, through operational excellence and effective adoption of Uber’s tools and best practices.
  4. Drive Commercial Performance: Set clear targets and use data-driven insights to boost sales, increase partner engagement, and improve retention metrics.
  5. Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with SMB restaurant stakeholders—becoming a trusted advisor focused on mutual value creation.
