This role is for a Sr Commercial Marketing Manager for the Monarch Urology Platform at Johnson & Johnson MedTech. The primary focus is on developing and executing the US commercial marketing strategy, driving sales growth, and customer adoption for a robotic-assisted urology platform. Key responsibilities include managing marketing plans, tactical calendars, messaging, sales tools, performance tracking, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration with regulatory, legal, and quality teams. The role requires strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a minimum of 8 years of MedTech business experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute integrated downstream marketing plans that align to US business objectives, revenue targets, and brand strategy.
  2. Own the tactical marketing calendar and drive timely delivery of initiatives across key moments (product and program launches, congresses, campaigns, etc).
  3. Translate customer insights into clear positioning, messaging frameworks, and proof-point narratives that resonate with target customer segments.
  4. Partner with Sales Leadership and Education team to build practical selling tools that improve conversion and sales effectiveness.
  5. Support training content and field communications (e.g., playbooks, talk tracks, competitive positioning, account targeting).

Skills

Required

  • BS degree in relevant field
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant MedTech business experience (Sales and Marketing) with 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ability navigating complexity and ambiguity while achieving business impact across the organization
  • Demonstrated success driving commercialization efforts that resulted in measurable revenue growth and customer adoption
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills
