Sr. Compensation Partner (remote, Ind)

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Compensation Partner to manage rewards programs that reinforce business strategy, drive performance, and attract/retain talent. This role will partner with business leaders and HR to consult on compensation matters, lead annual compensation analysis, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory environments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in compensation, and knowledge of job analysis principles.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, participate and partner on regional compensation projects and initiatives ranging from design to implementation and communication.
  2. Lead annual compensation analysis for benchmarking all programs and providing recommendations that allow CrowdStrike to remain competitive in the space.
  3. Function as an advisor to the business, serve as a subject matter expert on compensation topics to enable business outcomes and influence decisions that are aligned with CrowdStrike’s compensation philosophy and core values.
  4. Partner with the business and/or internal HR partners to consult on compensation-related matters such as strategic new hire compensation, global mobility, and retention plans for top performers.
  5. Provide in-region support to core programs related to annual and mid-year compensation planning review cycles, bonus and other pay related initiatives.
