Visa's Asia Pacific Consulting Practice (VCA) seeks a Senior Consulting Manager to support consulting engagements and delivery for clients in China, focusing on portfolio growth and improved profitability. The role involves project management, client interaction, developing analytical frameworks, and providing thought leadership in using data to solve business problems within the payment industry. Key responsibilities include client engagement, developing data-led strategies, partnering with internal teams, and seeking innovative approaches using data and modeling techniques.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively engage with consulting and client leadership in regular strategic & planning discussions, cultivate and manage a pipeline of analytic work
  2. Develop analytical frameworks, approaches, solutions and data-led strategies that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges
  3. Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., marketing, products, risk, innovation) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources
  4. Actively seek out opportunities to innovate by using non-traditional data and new modeling techniques
  5. Providing thought leadership in using data to solve business problems and in arriving at innovative statistical solutions
