This role supports the execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels by managing day-to-day campaign workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams. It focuses on operational program management, ensuring campaigns move efficiently from intake through launch while maintaining clear communication, timelines, and quality standards.

  1. Manage the operational workflow for lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels including email, push, in-app, and hardware notifications
  2. Managing campaign timelines from intake through launch
  3. Coordinating work across Growth + Member LNC, Creative, and MarTech teams
  4. Tracking campaign milestones and ensuring deadlines are met
  5. Running campaign standups and status updates across stakeholders

Skills

Required

  • 2-4 years experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or program management
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with Lifecycle Marketing, Creative, and MarTech teams
  • Familiarity with owned marketing channels such as email, push, in-app messaging, or SMS
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Experience managing campaign workflows and timelines
  • Familiarity with marketing project management tools (Asana, Jira, Airtable, Workfront, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and operational organization
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced marketing environments
