Sr. Csr Manager

Visa is seeking a Sr. CSR Manager to proactively assess and mitigate credit & settlement risks for the CEMEA region. This role involves managing collateral, conducting credit analysis for corporates and financial institutions, understanding credit rating models, and utilizing Visa systems to mitigate risk. The manager will partner with various internal teams and clients, support strategic planning, and contribute to implementing global policies. Key responsibilities include credit risk analysis, due diligence, sovereign risk analysis, and managing the REACT system for credit risk monitoring.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct credit risk analysis and monitoring for existing and prospective clients, including institutional research, forecasting and rating assessments.
  2. Lead due diligence meetings with senior client executives to evaluate financial health, strategy, and risk profiles.
  3. Perform sovereign risk analysis and develop deep expertise in regional banking systems and systemic risks.
  4. Support strategic planning by identifying high-potential institutions for Visa’s growth initiatives.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Strategy, Licensing, Legal, and Global CSR teams.

Skills

Required

  • Master’s degree in business, management, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • over 10 years of professional experience
  • at least 7 years specifically in analyzing corporate counterparty credit risk and financial institutions
