Sr. Customer Marketing Manager for Databricks' APJ region, responsible for developing customer success stories, managing advocacy programs, supporting events, and amplifying customer voices across digital channels. Requires experience in customer marketing, relationship building, and program management in a SaaS environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the creation of case studies, blogs, quotes, and videos by coordinating interviews, gathering approvals, and assisting with content drafts.
  2. Help manage regional customer reference requests, including maintaining tracking systems and ensuring timely responses.
  3. Assist with customer participation in APJ events (speaking opportunities, panels, activations) and coordinate logistics.
  4. Draft posts, monitor customer engagement on social media, and help extend stories across multiple channels.
  5. Source and develop APJ customer stories by partnering closely with regional account teams and customers to identify wins, use cases, and advocates

Skills

Required

  • 5-7+ years in customer marketing or reference-related role
  • Experience building and managing customer reference programs that include pipeline planning, strategy, and reporting.
  • Strength in managing and prioritizing projects across multiple teams while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A highly organized approach with the ability to manage several projects at once.
