This role is for a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager at AWS, focusing on guiding enterprise customers through their cloud adoption journey, with a specific emphasis on agentic AI and digital transformation. The role involves collaborating with internal AWS teams and customer leadership to drive adoption, identify strategic opportunities, and ensure successful outcomes. While the role touches on agentic AI, the core function is customer-facing product/solution management and driving adoption, not direct AI/ML model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. helping guide AWS customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud, ensuring that all AWS teams are working together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.
  2. meet customers where they are in their cloud journey and work backwards from their industry specific needs to transform their business and their entire industry.
  3. leveraging your experience with large scale agentic AI and cloud transformations and helping shepherd them through their stages of AWS adoption.
  4. interface with customer and AWS leadership, driving collaboration between the other core account groups (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services), product/engineering teams, and customer teams, planning and supporting major workload migrations and modernizations.
  5. translate strategic initiatives in the account plan into executable actions, working backwards from our customers key milestones.
