This role is a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager focused on guiding strategic enterprise accounts through their cloud adoption journey, with a specific emphasis on agentic AI and GenAI transformations. The role involves collaborating with internal AWS teams and customer leadership to drive business outcomes, accelerate adoption, identify strategic opportunities, and implement governance structures. It requires a strong technical background in cloud and familiarity with agentic AI/GenAI.

What you'd actually do

  1. helping guide AWS customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud, ensuring that all AWS teams are working together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.
  2. meet customers where they are in their cloud journey and work backwards from their industry specific needs to transform their business and their entire industry.
  3. leveraging your experience with large scale agentic AI and cloud transformations and helping shepherd them through their stages of AWS adoption.
  4. Guiding the customer through the operational, educational, and governance aspects of a successful AWS cloud journey.
  5. interface with customer and AWS leadership, driving collaboration between the other core account groups (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services), product/engineering teams, and customer teams, planning and supporting major workload migrations and modernizations.
