Senior Customer Solutions Manager for AWS supporting US Air Force (USAF) Intelligence and Information Dominance customers. The role focuses on accelerating cloud and AI adoption, driving customer outcomes, and managing complex engagements within DoD environments. Responsibilities include developing adoption strategies, identifying opportunities for generative AI and modernization, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own & Influence: Lead complex DoD customer engagements end-to-end as a trusted advisor to senior military and civilian decision makers, delivering measurable outcomes across multiple USAF programs
  2. Drive Adoption & Delivery: Develop and execute cloud adoption roadmaps aligned with program milestones; accelerate delivery and value realization across a portfolio of classified workloads
  3. Accelerate Value: Identify opportunities for large-scale migrations, generative AI, and modernization that advance USAF missions and operational efficiency
  4. Navigate Ambiguity: Operate independently in classified environments (Secret/TS/SCI) with incomplete information, using high judgment to provide clarity to customers and internal teams
  5. Enable & Govern: Design AI readiness assessments, governance frameworks, and executive briefings that prepare customers for cloud transformation and long-term operational excellence

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs
  • 5+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
  • Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams
  • Experience with USAF organizational structure, DoW acquisition processes and contract vehicles, and cloud architectures across multiple classification levels
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above

Nice to have

  • PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
  • Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes and timelines
  • Experience in DoW or Intelligence Community environments with understanding of DoW/IC infrastructures, policies, and operational requirements
