What you'd actually do

  1. Develop annual customer strategy plan aligned with brand objectives and overall business goals.
  2. Formulate patient segmentation strategies and corresponding engagement approaches.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and patient insights
  4. Design and implement integrated patient marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  5. Establish KPIs and monitoring mechanisms for customer strategy effectiveness.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in roles related to patient marketing, patient engagement, or similar functions
  • at least 3 years of experience in consumer marketing, internet platforms, and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.

Nice to have

  • Experience in chronic disease areas (e.g., obesity, diabetes, metabolic disorders) is ideal.
