F5 is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager to guide customers in maximizing the value of their F5 investments, ensuring adoption of solutions, and driving business outcomes. This role requires technical experience with F5 products like BIG-IP and NGINX, or similar technologies in load balancing, application delivery, and security. The CSM will act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and advocating for customer needs to drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure customers maximize the value of their F5 investment by fully utilizing licenses, adopting new use cases, and achieving strategic outcomes.
  2. Guide customers through key technical milestones, including onboarding, deployment, upgrades, and adoption of BIG-IP, NGINX, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  3. Increase renewal rates, reduce churn, and drive business growth through advocacy and reference-ability.
  4. Partner with account teams and internal stakeholders to develop strategies, overcome customer pain points and create success plans that drive & optimize renewals.
  5. Analyze customer data to create measurable success plans and provide feedback to product teams, influencing roadmap improvements.
