This role is for a Sr. Data Analyst on the Identity and Administration team at Adobe. The primary focus is on driving data insights for business decision-making, growth testing, and understanding customer behavior through administrative journeys. Responsibilities include leading strategic analytics projects, applying data to understand customer engagement and purchase patterns, developing analysis frameworks, collaborating with product teams, designing and analyzing A/B experiments, partnering with enablement and development teams for measurement, and building dashboards. While experience with predictive models and ML modeling is preferred, the core function is data analysis and insights, not direct AI/ML model development or deployment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead strategic analytics projects, presenting findings that provide impactful insights for key collaborators.
  2. Apply data from various sources to understand customer behavior, including in-product engagement, purchase patterns, and retention. Build compelling narratives to drive action and find opportunities to improve the administration experiences.
  3. Develop agile Analysis frameworks to ensure quick and high-quality data insights that advise strategic decisions.
  4. Collaborate closely with Product teams to successfully implement the right strategies for Identity-based experiences in fast paced, data-driven environment.
  5. Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments, delivering comprehensive reports and actionable insights to drive product improvements.

Skills

Required

  • 5-7+ years of direct experience as a Data Analyst
  • Strong proficiency in querying, manipulating, validating, and analyzing large datasets using SQL or Hive
  • Proficiency with Python, R, or any other scripting language
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of statistics and expertise in building, productizing, maintaining, and improving predictive models
  • Experience in ML modeling and data inference
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Amplitude
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, statistics, physics, or a related field
