Sr. Designer, Brand & Experience (remote)

CrowdStrike is looking for a Senior Designer to help take their category-defining brand to the next level, focusing on evolving the brand across the customer journey and creating cohesive, modern experiences. A major focus will be shaping the brand expression for their flagship global event series, Fal.Con, across various touchpoints. The role requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional craft, and the ability to work from concept through execution in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop cohesive creative systems that scale: toolkits, templates, visual languages, and asset libraries that enable consistency without sacrificing energy or originality
  2. Lead design for Fal.Con across channels: event brand systems, digital campaigns, keynote/stage visuals, environmental/wayfinding, motion direction, attendee materials, and experiential moments
  3. Design for real-world experiences: signage, on-site graphics, print production, environmental applications, and attendee journey touchpoints.
  4. Design for digital experiences: web/event landing pages, email modules, social assets, digital ads, presentation systems, and interactive content.
  5. Partner cross-functionally with teams in Brand, Events, Product Marketing, Comms, and external vendors/agencies to deliver polished work on tight timelines

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of professional design experience across brand, events, campaigns, and experiential design
  • Portfolio demonstrating impeccable taste, systems thinking, and experience with large-scale events and experiences
  • Ability to work from concept through execution
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Comfort operating and leading in a fast-paced environment with multiple work streams and shifting priorities
