Senior Director role focused on account management within Visa's US Consumer Fintech Partnerships team. The role involves managing relationships with top-tier fintech partners, driving revenue through strategic sales plans, developing commercial proposals, and negotiating deals. Requires a strong understanding of the consumer finance landscape and payment solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Set the vision and implement strategic sales plans across the Consumer Fintech team, develop and deliver on OKRs (objectives and key results), including a sales revenue target.
  2. As central player in the Visa-fintech relationship, further entrench the strategic partnerships with a set of established fintechs, as well as a few emerging digital challengers, typically with international presence and cross-border features, to drive long‑term partner initiatives.
  3. Serve as a subject‑matter expert on consumer issuing, supporting the sales of money movement agreements and Value-Added-Services, finding opportunities to improve the performance of existing and new programs by promoting Visa’s offerings for fintechs.
  4. Partner with a portfolio of clients to provide payment solutions that meet the needs of consumers, especially those interested in multi-currency holdings or remitting money from the US abroad.
  5. The Sr. Director is responsible for developing commercial proposals on renewals, extensions, and net new business opportunities with these partners, often in partnership with other specialists and always in partnership with key stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Compliance business partners.
