This role is for a Sr. Director of Audience Marketing at Microsoft, focusing on defining and executing marketing strategies for commercial Cloud & AI. What you'd actually do

  1. Defines the Frontier Transformation narrative that underpins Microsoft’s commercial AI strategy
  2. Establishes the GTM and enablement foundations used by downstream marketing, sales, and partners
  3. Shapes executive‑level storytelling for Business Decision Makers while maintaining technical credibility
  4. Drives alignment and orchestration across a complex, cross‑portfolio sales & marketing ecosystem
  5. Build and lead a high‑performing team of senior PMMs.

Skills

Required

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of people management experience.

Nice to have

  • Master’s Degree AND 12+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 15+ years experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of people management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross product narratives or transformation led marketing motions.
