Sr Director Client Success

Senior Director, Regional Client Success, Delivery & Implementation for Visa's Pismo cloud-native platform, focusing on post-signing customer lifecycle management for banks and fintechs. This role leads regional teams in onboarding, implementation, adoption, and value realization, partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure customer success and drive business value.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the full customer lifecycle in the region from contract signature through implementation, go-live, steady state, and expansion.
  2. Hire, lead, and develop high-performing regional teams across Implementation, Delivery, and Client Success.
  3. Be accountable for predictable delivery execution, implementation quality, and readiness for go-live.
  4. Ensure strong delivery governance, risk management, and executive visibility across complex programs.
  5. Partner with Product and Engineering to surface client insights, delivery learnings, and prioritization input.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Enterprise SaaS, fintech, or financial services experience
  • Senior leadership experience managing delivery/client success teams
  • Experience delivering complex implementations for regulated financial institutions
  • Understanding of payments, issuer processing, or core banking platforms
  • Experience managing performance through KPIs and dashboards
  • Executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, JD, or MD)
  • Technically conversant with APIs, integrations, and cloud-native platforms
  • Willingness to travel
