This role is a Sr. Director position within Salesforce's Employee Success (HR) organization, focusing on strategic initiatives and operational excellence. The role supports the ES COO & EVP, Global Rewards, acting as a Chief of Staff to drive priorities, manage budgets, develop roadmaps, and facilitate executive communication. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as trusted advisor and Chief of Staff to the ES COO & EVP, Global Rewards to drive their critical priorities and strategic initiatives
  2. Act as a liaison and connector across ES leadership team and business stakeholders to accelerate decisions, remove siloes, and streamline operations
  3. Collaborate with the ES COO & EVP, Global Rewards to prioritize, operationalize, and measure the success of business priorities
  4. Drive strategic oversight to Global ES initiatives that are critical company priorities
  5. Anticipate needs, surface issues early, and recommend solutions to keep focused on highest-value priorities
