Sr Director, Growth - Life Sciences

This role is a strategic leader responsible for accelerating revenue and market expansion within the life sciences sector in a SaaS environment. It drives business development strategy, enhances value propositions, and empowers sales teams. The Director will identify opportunities in manufacturing and quality domains, develop strategic partnerships, and execute go-to-market initiatives to expand geographic reach and increase share of wallet.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and evolve business development units focused on life sciences growth.
  2. Build and optimize enablement frameworks to support sales teams with tools, training, and insights.
  3. Craft compelling, differentiated value propositions tailored to life sciences personas.
  4. Drive initiatives that result in net-new customer acquisition ("new logos").
  5. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
