Sr. Director role leading MedTech Supply Chain Technology for Electrophysiology and Neurovascular platforms. Defines technology vision and strategy, oversees execution, operations, metrics, culture, portfolio, and budgets. Partners with business leaders to drive process improvements, scalable platforms, and technology innovation. Oversees a broad technology landscape including SAP S/4HANA, MES, IoT, advanced manufacturing, robotics, data platforms, digital thread/twins, labelling systems, and warehouse management, increasingly enhanced with AI/ML and GenAI capabilities. Key responsibilities include operationalizing AI/ML and GenAI across the supply chain, establishing synergies with commercial and R&D use cases, and leveraging data and analytics for actionable insights. Drives product management, manages the global business technology portfolio, and leads a team of product, engineering, data, and delivery leaders. Ensures technology enables successful product launches and lifecycle management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Co‑create the global technology strategy for EP-CNV Supply Chain in alignment with MedTech business goals; translate strategy into a prioritized multi‑year product and platform roadmap with clear value outcomes
  2. Develop technology as a competitive advantage accelerating innovation, simplification, and overall supply chain agility across the global footprint.
  3. Serve as strategic technology partner to global senior leaders; jointly identify opportunities, advise on the transformation and application of technology to unlock growth, efficiency, and superior customer/patient experience.
  4. Operationalize AI/ML and GenAI (incl. responsible AI) across supply chain and establish synergies with commercial and R&D-adjacent use cases—e.g., PLM-ERP-Plan, MES processes & systems, Labelling, eWMS —grounded in robust data governance and security
  5. Lead and develop a high‑performing team of product, engineering, data, and delivery leaders; attract world‑class talent and foster an inclusive, learning‑oriented culture, promote retention of high performing team members and fostering continuous growth and development of the team.
