Seeking a Senior Director of Network Partnerships to lead the development, management, and optimization of key relationships with network partners in the card payments and issuing ecosystem. This role involves driving growth, maximizing incentives, managing contractual obligations, and establishing favorable terms to enhance company economics. The candidate will design and execute strategies for network partner mix, aligning with company objectives and growth goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requires deep experience in card networks, issuing banks, payment processors, card issuing lifecycle, network economics, and regulatory/operational considerations. Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential. Experience in financial services, payments, or fintech is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build, foster, and maintain strong relationships with network partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  2. Maximize growth opportunities with each network partner by identifying and executing on new business opportunities, expanding product offerings, and driving discovery of key innovation initiatives.
  3. Lead the negotiation and management of contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company, minimizing risk, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  4. Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to build and manage a diverse portfolio of network partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term growth plans.
