Sr. Director of Technology Partnership

This role is focused on building and managing technology partnerships for Gong, a company that uses AI to transform revenue teams. The Director of Tech Partnerships will identify and recruit partners, work with them to build solutions on the Gong platform, and stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies. The role requires experience in B2B SaaS partnerships and the B2B Revenue Technology space.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with Gong’s strategic vision and customer needs
  2. Develop and manage partner pipeline to recruit and launch impactful technology partnerships
  3. Work with partners to increase the depth and breadth of solutions they’re building on top of the Gong platform
  4. Serve as the key contact point and represent Gong to its partners
  5. Stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies to identify product and partnership opportunities

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in building and managing technology partnerships in the B2B SaaS sector, as part of a partnerships, business development or product management team.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, go-to-market strategies, and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong technical and product aptitude

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience in the B2B Revenue Technology space preferred.
  • 2+ years of product management experience preferred
