Sr. Director, Operations Strategy and Guest Experience

This role is for a Sr. Director of Operations Strategy and Guest Experience within Capital One's Airport Experiences team. The focus is on setting the enterprise-wide vision for airport lounges and landings, designing and building properties, managing operating partners, setting operating standards, and evolving the guest experience. The role involves managing a significant budget and leading a large team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own overall lounge network performance, informed by customer feedback, mystery shopping and audits
  2. Develop and manage relationships with Lounge operators including Flik, PPG and TAV, as well as airport leadership
  3. Develop and lead the growing in-house teams and determine which portions of the guest experience to keep in house vs. outsource to operators
  4. Setting the overall operations vision and, via your team, create all operating manuals and standard operating procedures
  5. Develop and evolve food and beverage menus, including building relationships with local producers

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • Hospitality Operations experience
  • People management experience

  • Managing third party operators and vendors
