This role is for a Sr. Director of Product Management focused on Small Business Experiences & Capabilities within Capital One's Business Cards & Payments team. The role involves leading a team, driving product launches for small business customers, and transforming the Product Management organization by leveraging AI. The candidate should have experience translating business strategy into digital products, leading cross-functional teams, and a demonstrated interest in AI for problem-solving beyond basic text generation. The role requires strong product management fundamentals including human-centered design, business focus, technology drive, integrated problem-solving, and transformational leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. lead a team of ~15 associates and work closely with our Business, Tech, Design, and Marketing partners to drive the launch of market-leading products for our small business customers and reinvent our digital spend experiences, including multi-user functionality and virtual card capabilities.
  2. play a key role in transforming the larger Product Management organization in BC&P.
  3. help shape our culture, grow our talent, and serve as an ambassador for Product Management across the company as we leverage AI to transform how we work and drive innovative, sustainable customer experiences.
