This role is for a Head of Product Strategy & Business Operations at Adobe's Firefly Foundry. The position focuses on translating strategy into actionable plans, managing portfolio performance, capital allocation, designing the operating model, and driving cross-functional execution. The role is not directly involved in building or shipping AI models or agents, but rather in the strategic and operational aspects of a product organization that may utilize AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Convert long-term strategy into actionable operating plans, investment priorities, and performance targets.
  2. Oversee portfolio-level margin, cost structure, ROI, and investment efficiency.
  3. Build and continuously improve the Firefly Foundry operating rhythm (OKRs, governance forums, intake processes, roadmap reviews).
  4. Align Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM around shared objectives and measurable outcomes.
  5. Build and lead a high-performing product strategy and business operations team.
