The primary focus is on building and enhancing enterprise tech capabilities for HR professionals, executives, and associates, with a key initiative being the pioneering of AI for HR. The role involves driving technical strategy, modernizing HR experiences, and managing teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications and product experiences.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, manage and grow multiple teams of product focused software engineers
  2. Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team.
  3. Work with product managers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
  4. Continuously improve software engineering practices
  5. Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full-stack development tools and technologies
