This role is for a Sr. Director of Solutions Consulting in EMEA, responsible for leading and managing the Solution Consulting organization, developing strategy, and managing teams that support the sales business. The team discovers customer business challenges and builds integrated solutions using Docusign's platform. The Director will coach and develop the team, drive adoption, and build C-level relationships.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the Solution Consulting team daily
  2. Partner with sales leadership to provide strategy and support for business development, accounts development, pipeline generation and deal management
  3. Ensure each SC is enabled, empowered and accountable to deliver high quality work and excellent customer experience
  4. Scale team by attracting and mentoring extraordinary solution consultants with various levels of experience and diversity to grow a well-balanced, high performing team
  5. Identify and create opportunities for training and professional development of team
