Sr. Director Spend Analytics

This role is for a Sr. Director of Spend Analytics at Visa, focusing on building and leading a new function for tracking third-party vendor software and hardware spend, reviewing consumption, performing vendor cost analysis, and budgeting. The role involves increasing Azure cloud cost management capabilities and achieving cost efficiencies. It requires leading a team of analysts, partnering with technology teams, and ensuring fiscal responsibility for all third-party purchases. The leader will also represent the function in audits and collaborate with cross-functional groups.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead teams through different aspects of the Software and hardware SKU lifecycle from pre-procurement demand gathering, deal analysis, post procurement deployment tracking and support/maintenance renewal pipelines.
  2. Experience leading and building analytics teams that spans across spend, demand and other aspect of technology analytics.
  3. Bring in strong mix of technical and analytical skills to influence the procurement decision for all of CIT
  4. Lead discussions and communicate regularly with senior leadership on technical issues, program status, and escalations.
  5. Define and advocate a set of standard processes to offer a streamlined service to all Visa technology teams.
