This role focuses on developing and executing enterprise-wide software and ARR growth strategies, accelerating the transition to recurring revenue models. It involves identifying value from installed bases, leveraging digital and software capabilities (including AI-enabled operations), and supporting the development of next-generation business models. The position requires a strong background in strategic planning within a software and ARR-driven environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide software and ARR growth strategies, defining multi-year plans that accelerate Honeywell’s transition to recurring, OpEx-based business models.
  2. Drive Honeywell’s shift from traditional CapEx / one-time sales models to subscription and recurring revenue models, including SaaS, platform-based offerings, and lifecycle services.
  3. Establish strategic direction for ARR expansion, including pricing strategies, packaging, monetization frameworks, and performance metrics to scale predictable revenue streams.
  4. Partner with Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) to design and execute software-enabled growth strategies, ensuring alignment between product, commercial, and operational models.
  5. Identify and unlock value from Honeywell’s installed base by developing strategies to monetize through software, services, and integrated solutions.
