Sr Director – Talent Acquisition for Technology

This role is for a Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition focused on technology and AI talent. The primary responsibility is to design and execute recruitment strategies, lead a team of technical recruiters, and partner with leadership to forecast headcount and align hiring with business objectives. The role involves advising technical leaders on hiring approaches in emerging AI spaces and monitoring the technical hiring funnel. It requires extensive experience in technical recruiting, leadership, and building scalable recruitment processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance. This is across Technology, Product and AI
  2. Collaborate closely with executives, department heads and HRBPs to forecast headcount needs, design strategic workforce plans, and align hiring priorities with overall company objectives
  3. Lead initiatives that strengthen our employer brand, positioning the company as a top destination for exceptional talent
  4. Source and attract qualified candidates across variety of platforms and leverage sourcing strategies for cold calling passive candidates to establish rapport and build a pipeline
  5. Develop data-driven hiring strategies that anticipate future needs, optimize team structure, and ensure scalable growth across functions
