Sr Director, Talent Operations

This role focuses on architecting and scaling a next-generation talent engine powered by AI and automation within a growing enterprise AI company. The Sr. Director of Talent Operations will build and lead the systems, intelligence, and infrastructure for hiring decisions, aiming for faster, smarter, and more predictive talent outcomes. Responsibilities include evolving the recruiting technology ecosystem, defining AI integration in the hiring lifecycle, driving automation, owning recruiting data, building a talent intelligence function, informing workforce strategy with data, designing scalable recruiting processes, and leading the Talent Operations team. The role requires deep fluency in recruiting technologies, data, and analytics, with a passion for AI's role in hiring.

What you'd actually do

  1. Architect and evolve a best in class recruiting technology ecosystem (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, scheduling tools, talent intelligence systems, and AI-enabled solutions)
  2. Define how AI is embedded across the hiring lifecycle; from sourcing to screening to decision making
  3. Build and lead a modern talent intelligence function that informs executive decision making
  4. Design and operationalize scalable, global recruiting processes that enable high quality hiring at speed
  5. Build, lead, and develop a high performing Talent Operations function
