Senior Director/Team Lead for Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) in Primary Care at Pfizer, focusing on Migraine, IM, and Antivirals. What you'd actually do

  1. Provide strategic thought partnership to Migraine, IM and Antiviral leads to drive investment decisions.
  2. Lead team that develops and monitors key performance metrics to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of a brand’s promotional activities.
  3. Oversee development of Long-Range Forecasts (LRFs) and Operating Plans.
  4. Drive the creation of best-in-class AI, epi- and trend-based forecast models in partnership with CoE colleagues.
  5. Lead dialogue to integrate insights across various GCA cross-functional teams – Data Science, Performance Analytics, etc.

Skills

Required

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering or similar related field
  • 12+ years in consulting, or market analytics
  • 7+ years at a high-value level (e.g., US & Global) developing data-driven brand strategy for major portfolio (>$3B)
  • Knowledge of vaccine space with vaccine data fluency
  • Forecasting experience
  • Experience leading teams
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data and analyses and communicate effectively
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive, who thrives on intellectual challenge and raises the bar in terms of quality work
  • Defined involvement in helping frame, design & execute solutions for challenging business situations
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple analytic disciplines, including primary and secondary data, with a keen understanding of output and quality/timely insight derivation
  • Team-orientation and collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence
  • Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a creative visionary who can drive innovation
  • Sophisticated executive demeanor, comfortable functioning at the highest levels of organizations; excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities
