Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Distributor Manager for their Shockwave Medical IVL technology in Brazil. This role involves launching and selling the technology through distribution partners, developing growth strategies, driving revenue, and providing customer and distribution partner training. The position also requires clinical study support, including device training and case support.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be the first line Shockwave contact person for new and existing distribution partners in assigned territories.
  2. Understand and analyze sales and market data to drive growth and develop markets.
  3. Monitors and adapt pricing to maximize sales
  4. Ensure revenue targets of distribution partners are achieved within the assigned territories.
  5. Develop an understanding of current and future market trends that may impact Shockwave Medical Inc sales.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, nursing or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • Extensive industry experience
  • Proven experience directly supporting interventional or surgical procedures within a hospital
  • Working knowledge of clinical research, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical trials
  • Product knowledge including product vigilance and medical device reporting
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer skills (MS Office products, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Finance and budgeting knowledge
  • Good prioritization and organizational skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • High energy and results-oriented individual
  • Entrepreneurial “hands-on” experience
  • Pro-active and “can do” attitude
  • Works effectively on cross-functional teams
