Role Summary The Sr. Electrical Test Engineer will work to develop and support end of line test processes and equipment for our Battery team. You will work cross functionally daily with a number of individuals from Process Engineers, Group Leaders, team members, management, etc. This role is vital to our success as we work towards the expansion of our next generation vehicles! This role will report to one of our Engineer Managers in Battery and be on site in Normal, IL. This role will be for 2nd/night shift coverage. 3:30pm - 12:00am - Subject to change based on business needs Responsibilities Support test equipment development, commissioning, qualification, and integration in the Normal manufacturing battery area. Pay Disclosure The salary range for this role is $98,500 - $123,100 for Illinois based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
