What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure all technical scope changes are properly coordinated with the Program and PCE Office and full alignment is gained prior to execution of unplanned work.
  2. Communicate project status, issues, etc. effectively both internally and externally (verbally and written) to program team, management, and customers.
  3. Review project and budget status, manage schedules, and prepare reports.
  4. Monitor and assess project issues; develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  5. Design and implement process improvements to increase manufacturing and test efficiencies, mitigate rework/repair and minimize production downtime.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
