This role is for a Sr. Engineering Program Manager at Peloton, based in Taipei, responsible for leading hardware product development programs from prototype to launch. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing supplier relationships, developing program plans and budgets, tracking risks, and overseeing engineering builds at manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hardware program management experience in consumer electronics, strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and program management tools. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with leads from Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Management, Quality, and Operations to create detailed and comprehensive program plans
  2. Handle key supplier relationships including but not limited to engineering suppliers, contract manufacturers, and component suppliers
  3. Establish a comprehensive program schedule with all dependencies and identified critical paths at each stage of the program
  4. Develop and manage program budgets for large projects from prototype through launch
  5. Maintain, track and update program level risks, mitigation plans, upcoming landmarks, and team priorities while also ensuring multi-functional alignment and agreement on those areas
