This role is for an AI Product Owner focused on MarTech and Generative AI. The individual will be responsible for building the roadmap, driving the product lifecycle from ideation to roll-out, and translating business needs to AI technical teams. The focus is on AI products and experimentation frameworks that solve customer challenges and drive business outcomes. The role requires understanding AI concepts, Generative AI, ML model architectures, and marketing use cases, with a strong emphasis on product management and stakeholder collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Understanding and anticipating market needs within the MarTech and AdTech landscape.
  2. Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision for AI-enabled marketing features, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.
  3. Product Backlog Ownership: Leading the day-to-day squad activities, including backlog management, pipeline prioritization, and sprint planning.
  4. Defining User Stories: Translating complex business requirements into clear user stories and actionable acceptance criteria for data scientists and engineers.
  5. Building the business case, getting internal consensus, and aligning with the AI implementation team to ensure solutions are modular and scalable.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three to six years of experience in managing digital products or technology initiatives, ideally in a Product Owner or similar leadership capacity.
  • Two to four years leading multidisciplinary product teams, integrating business, design, and technology functions.
  • Good understanding of AI concepts, specifically Generative AI, ML model architectures, and computational requirements for marketing use cases.
  • Familiarity with marketing data platforms and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality).
  • Experience defining and tracking marketing value metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion lift, personalization efficacy).
  • Experience in improving customer experience through data-driven personalization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and lead cross-functional teams (business, development, data, and design).
  • Strong communication skills with the aptitude to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
