Sr. Event Marketing Manager, Selling Partner Communities (spc)

This role is for a Sr. Event Marketing Manager focused on building and executing marketing strategies for selling partner events. While the company aims to incorporate AI-powered personalized experiences and the candidate is expected to leverage generative AI tools, the core function of the role is event marketing, not AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel strategies across pre-event, during-event, and post-event phases.
  2. Own pacing toward registration and attendance goals across marketing channels.
  3. Define messaging frameworks and create engaging content for Email, social, blog, and other channels.
  4. Establish and report on success metrics, partnering with BI and analytics teams to build comprehensive dashboards.
  5. Build year-round community engagement and always-on marketing strategies between events to maintain seller interest and participation throughout the annual cycle.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • MBA
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
  • Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value
  • Experience in Event marketing is a plus
