Peloton is seeking a Sr. Executive Assistant to support their international leadership team in London. What you'd actually do

  1. Own complex domestic and international travel and execute high-detail calendar management for the Vice President, International and other executives as needed. You’ll proactively resolve conflicts, prioritise critical engagements, and provide daily schedule briefs to keep leadership focused
  2. Lead the end-to-end organisation of internal and external meetings across international markets - from securing venues and catering to preparing agendas, materials and follow-up action items that ensure a high level of efficiency and execution
  3. Partner with the International Leadership Team to drive the business and strategic agenda, ensuring that what is agreed upon is delivered, interacting with senior leaders and with external stakeholders, including customers, and strategic partners
  4. Take ownership of key deliverables and structuring work to achieve goals, seeing the big picture and prioritising accordingly
  5. Organise the planning and execution of executive visits to London (and other International markets) to deliver tailored itineraries, in partnership with other global Executive Assistants
