Sr Executive Protection Program Manager

This role is for a Sr. Executive Protection Program Manager at T-Mobile. The primary responsibilities include planning and supporting executive protection security operations, facilitating security functions like executive security planning, event security planning, technical security operations, and travel security support. The role involves collaborating with internal and external partners, reviewing security requests, identifying security needs, and delivering recommendations. The candidate will also create and maintain security plans, conduct TSCM inspections, and research security vulnerabilities to develop mitigation strategies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in corporate security, with hands-on experience in executive security/protection. Experience leading mid- to large-scale security programs and budget oversight is also required. Travel up to 50% is expected.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with internal and external partners to devise detailed security plans for events and public engagements. Provide security advances and risk assessments for corporate facilities, hotels, ballrooms, event spaces, and restaurants
  2. Participate in long term planning cycles and provide revised security plans based on updates and changes
  3. Work with T-Mobile Corporate Events and Marketing to plan and coordinate non-executive corporate events. Connect with partners at event venues and remote corporate offices to prepare for future events
  4. Conduct Technical Security Counter Measures (TSCM) inspections and ensure the privacy of secured spaces. Review and assess the current conditions of secured spaces and make sound recommendations that mitigate potential vulnerabilities
  5. Create and develop security-related products, standardized procedures documents, presentations, and metrics tracking. Follow up on ongoing security enhancement projects and report status updates.
