This role is for a Senior Experience Designer at Apple, focusing on crafting end-to-end digital experiences for Apple's marketing and product ecosystem across web, app, and emerging platforms. The designer will define customer journeys, interactions, and design systems, working closely with creative and technical partners to ensure clarity and delight. Responsibilities include leading strategy and UX, creating documentation like user flows and prototypes, and leveraging user insights to refine designs. The role requires at least 7 years of experience in digital product or experience design, with a strong portfolio.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and lead Strategy and UX from concept through delivery, aligning business goals, customer needs, and design direction.
  2. Present strategies, concepts, and design rationale clearly to partners and leadership.
  3. Create clear and compelling UX documentation, including user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  4. Leverage analytics, user testing, and customer insights to inform, validate and refine design decisions.
  5. Collaborate closely with writers, designers, developers, and producers to develop clear and effective UX solutions.
