This role is for a Sr Extend Consultant at Workday, focusing on customer success plans for Workday applications. The consultant will provide micro consulting engagements, troubleshoot configurations, deliver feature demonstrations, and help customers drive business value from Workday. The role requires extensive knowledge of web service technologies and authentication methods, and experience with Workday Extend development. Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conducting research to ensure understanding of customer questions and related Workday concepts.
  2. Delivering small scope consulting in response to customer requests; providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks.
  3. Troubleshooting product configuration to resolve or provide optimal product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
  4. Clearly and effectively communicating responses and value to customers.
  5. Creating and delivering customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars).
