This role is for a Sr. Field Marketing Manager at Adobe, focusing on the BFSI sector. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement BFSI-focused marketing plans aligned to regional GTM priorities, pipeline acceleration goals, and revenue targets — ensuring integration across License, Services, and US collaboration where applicable.
  2. Partner closely with Sales leadership, Business Units, and COEs to define account priorities, industry themes, and campaign focus areas.
  3. Own end-to-end campaign strategy including briefing, value proposition, messaging framework, content direction, and multi-touch customer journey orchestration.
  4. Drive targeted programs for priority BFSI accounts — designing high-impact, account-centric engagement programs.
  5. Collaborate with Partner Marketing and ecosystem teams to extend reach, scale programs, and unlock joint go-to-market opportunities.
